By educating your workforce in healthy ways to manage conflict you are decreasing the stress level in your workforce and allowing for more time to be focused on productivity.
Harassment Prevention
It is important that your organization has a defined procedure of reporting harassment in the workplace. This training will help you define that procedure and educate your workforce on how to identify harassment, how to react to harassment and how to make you aware of the harassment taking place. It is recommended that management level employees receive this training on an annual basis to minimize risk to the organization.

It is important to develop your workforce so that they can take your organization to the next level. This training is recommended for management and potential management roles by arming them with the tools they need to coach employees on performance and development issues.

Similar to “Lunch and Learns” this set of mini trainings can be designed to accommodate any training need but shortened to take place during a meal break period.

This training module is custom to your organization and the needs of your workforce. Teamwork is an important component to many organizational initiatives. Not all employees are natural team members; this module helps employees to trust each other and appreciate each other’s strengths to promote teamwork.

Corporate University is a custom designed training program for your organization that covers technical skills training, soft skills training, management training and teambuilding to help you develop your workforce and increase productivity.
